Am Exponat werden aktuelle Projekte des Artificial Intelligence Labs der Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg vorgestellt. Zum einen werden Ergebnisse aus aktuellen Forschungsvorhaben präsentiert. Der Fokus liegt hier auf der Anwendung von Al in den Bereichen Sprachanonymisierung und Verkehrsplanung sowie die Erklärbarkeit von künstlichen neuronalen Netzen. Anhand von Demos werden die bisher erreichten Resultate gezeigt und können von den Messebesucher*innen getestet werden. Neben den aktuellen Forschungsvorhaben wird der an der Otto-von-Guericke-Universität neu eingeführte Bachelor-Studiengang AI-Engineering vorgestellt. Der Studiengang ist ein gemeinsames Projekt mehrerer Universitäten und Hochschulen Sachsen-Anhalts. Ziel ist es, Fachkräfte von morgen auszubilden, welche eine Schnittstelle zwischen den Ingenieurwissenschaften und der Forschung im Bereich der künstlichen Intelligenz sein können. Auf diese Weise soll die Einführung von Technologien aus dem Bereich der künstlichen Intelligenz in die Praxis ermöglicht werden. Insbesondere klein- und mittelständische Unternehmen haben so die Möglichkeit, von den enormen Fortschritten im Bereich AI zu profitieren. Neben angehenden Studierenden sind daher auch Unternehmen herzlich eingeladen, sich über den Studiengang zu informieren. Kooperationen in Form von Forschungsprojekten oder Praktika sind gewünscht und sind integraler Bestandteil des Studienganges. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch! 

ENGLISH - AI Engineering: Transfer of AI research into the practice

Current projects of the Artificial Intelligence Lab of the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg are presented at the exhibit. On the one hand, results from current research projects are presented. The focus here is on the application of Al in the areas of speech anonymization and traffic planning as well as the explainability of artificial neural networks. The results achieved so far are shown on the basis of demos and can be tested by the trade fair visitors. In addition to the current research projects, the newly introduced bachelor's degree in AI engineering at the Otto-von-Guericke-University will be presented. The course is a joint project of universities and universities of applied sciences in Saxony-Anhalt. The aim is to train the specialists of tomorrow who will act at the intersection of engineering and research in the field of artificial intelligence. This way, the introduction of technologies from the field of artificial intelligence into practice is made possible. Small and medium-sized companies in particular have the opportunity to benefit from the enormous advances in the field of AI. In addition to prospective students, companies are also warmly invited to find out more about the study program.
